She gets me every time and Malum Part One was no different. I'm so excited for these two to get their happy ending because this girl deserves it and as dumb as Nate can be, he deserves one too. She gets to deal with Nate being Nate, Tatum being Tatum, tragedy and manipulation. Tillie went through so much in the first trilogy, I was really hoping things wouldn't be quite so hard for her this book, but that is the exact opposite of what happens. It doesn't help that when these two are fighting they are toxic as hêłł. Nate and Tillie go through so much, I swear they can't catch a break. I definitely recommend listening if you love audiobooks. Teddy Hamilton is possibly my favorite male narrator of all time and Lucy Rivers does an amazing job as well. This story is fascinating and I'm loving every moment. But, aside from ripping my heart out, it was absolutely fantastic. This book is heartbreaking, check your triggers for sure.
